Accommodation
fees includes:
• 27 November 2019 to 01 December 2019, 4 nights ALL
INCLUSIVE package rate.
• Airport-hotel-airport transfers as per schedule
(Transfer schedule will be prepared according the scientific
program and will be announced on the web page. Free
transfers will only be available on the beginning and ending
dates of the congress and at the specified hours. Transfers
required on other than specified are payable.)
• 8% VAT

External Delegate Fee 250 TL Incl. 18% VAT
• Congress delegates and company representatives who do not
book their accommodation through Humanitas MICE, are subject
to external delegate fees payable daily on-site.
• External delegate fees includes all food & beverage
services at the congress venue between 09:00 - 18:00 hours.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
* All cancellations and changes must be send in writing to
Humanitas MICE secreteriat
* Registration cancellation made;
Until 01 September 2019 : The paid amount will be refunded
with a deduction of 50% for administrative charges.
After 01 September 2019 : The total amount will be forfeited
and no refund will be possible.
* Registration and accommodation changes will be accepted
until 17 November 2019
* All refunds will be processed 15 days after the end of the
congress.
