ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

4-nights package price for entrance on December 8, 2021, exit on December 12, 2021.

• Hotel provides service in the all-inclusive system.
• Prices include Airport - Hotel - Airport shuttles. (Shuttle hours will be arranged according to the scientific program and published on the website; transfer requests outside the specified shuttle hours will be charged separately.)
• Prices include VAT.
External Participant Fee is 300 TL per day, 18% VAT is included.
* The external participant fee will be applied to the participants or company representatives who did not make their accommodation reservation via Humanitas MICE.
* Includes all food and beverage services at the congress center between 09.00 AM - 06.00 PM on the date of the congress.

Transportation
The shuttles between Antalya Airport - Hotel - Antalya Airport and Antalya Bus Station - Hotel -Antalya Bus Station will be provided free of charge on the dates and times below. Transfers requested outside of these dates and times will be charged separately. The participants who want to use the specified shuttles are required to inform the shuttle hours they want to use for departure and return, flight details, mobile phone numbers and HES codes to das@humanitasmice.com and get confirmation from Humanitas officials. For the return flight, it is necessary to check out from the hotel 2 hours before the flight time. Accordingly, the return shuttle time should be selected. The organization bears no responsibility for any disruptions that may occur in the transfers of the participants who do not report their transfer times and flight details. During transfers, the participants who send their information (name/ last name/ flight details) are prioritized.
