Invitation Letter:
Congress invitation letters for institutional participation requests will be sent through the organization secretariat. These letters are for permission purposes only.

Certificate of Participation:
All registered participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Transport:
Free shuttles will be provided between Dalaman Airport - Hotel and Bodrum Airport - Hotel on specified dates and times. Transfers outside these hours will incur additional charges.
Participants wishing to use the shuttle service must provide their service hours, flight details, and mobile phone numbers to das@humanitasmice.com and receive confirmation from

Humanitas officials.
For return flights, participants must check out from the hotel 3.5 hours before their flight time. The return service hour should be selected accordingly.
Participants who do not report their transfer times and flight details will not be responsible for any disruptions in their transfer. Priority will be given to those who provide their information (name, surname, flight details) in advance.
